Premium goods.
Fraction of retail.
We buy whole pallets of overstock and open box appliances, tools, furniture and home goods, then break them down one unit at a time. Every item gets opened, plugged in and photographed before it ever gets a price. The flaws included.
Every item below has been plugged in.
Why buy from Dealt Goods
Opened and inspected
Every unit comes out of the pallet packaging, gets plugged in, and runs a real cycle under load.
Flaws photographed
Every scuff, dent and scratch gets its own close up. The actual unit, in the actual light.
Four honest grades
Published definitions, in plain English. The functional result stated before the cosmetic note.
Inspect before you pay
Look it over at the pickup window. Run it, open it, check it. Walk away and you owe nothing.
Four words that mean the same thing every time.
Most resale listings hide behind vague words or industry jargon nobody outside the trade understands. Shelf pull. Salvage. Grade B. None of that tells you whether the thing works. So we use four plain tiers and we put the functional result before the cosmetic note.
Factory sealed. We never opened it.
Overstock that never reached a shelf. The manufacturer seal is intact and we say so because we did not break it.
- › Seal photographed from two angles
- › Model and serial confirmed against the box
- › Full manufacturer warranty where it applies
Opened, tested, everything is there.
Somebody returned it or it came out of a repackaged lot. We opened it, ran it, counted the parts and put it back together.
- › Powered on and run through a real cycle
- › All hardware, cords and accessories present
- › Packaging may be taped, generic or missing
Works fine. We tell you exactly what is absent.
Tested and functional, but something is not in the box. The listing names the missing piece in the title, not in fine print at the bottom.
- › The missing item is named, never implied
- › Replacement part cost noted when we know it
- › Priced down for the gap, not for the surprise
Something is wrong and we say what.
Cosmetic damage, a dead function, a dent. Sold cheap on purpose and sold exactly as described, because the whole point is that you already know.
- › The defect gets its own close up photo
- › Described in the title, not buried
- › Great for parts, projects and rentals
We underrate on purpose. If an item sits on the line between two tiers, it goes in the lower one. Nobody has ever been upset that a thing arrived better than described.
The reason bin stores make people nervous.
Roughly nine percent of retail returns are fraudulent, and most of that is an empty box or a swapped item put back in real packaging. That is not a rumor, it is why people have learned to distrust a sealed box at a liquidation store. The only fix is to open it, and most sellers will not.
Unbox and inventory
Every unit comes out of the pallet packaging. We count parts against the manual and confirm the model number matches the box.
Power on and run it
Appliances run a full cycle. Tools spin up under load. Electronics boot and connect. We write down the date we tested it.
Photograph the flaws
Every scratch, dent and scuff gets its own photo. Not a flattering angle. The actual thing, in the actual light.
Grade and price
It lands in one of the four tiers, gets priced against real recent sold comps, and goes up on drop day.
Hold it without the parking lot standoff.
Marketplace has no way to hold an item and no way to pay before you show up. So the whole thing runs on hope. You drive across the valley and it is gone, or you wait around for somebody who was never coming. Reserving on our own site fixes both ends of that.
Pickup windows. Saturday morning and Wednesday evening, same public spot in South Jordan every week. We send you the exact location and your window the moment you reserve.
Reserve an item
Tell us what you want. We reply within a few hours with a payment link and your pickup window, or a delivered quote.
Flat price by zone. No per mile math.
A one ton diesel and a gooseneck means a dresser and a fridge cost the same to move. Most sellers around here will not deliver at all, and a courier will run you seventy five dollars for a pickup truck. We quote the number up front so there is nothing to negotiate at the door.
South Jordan, West Jordan, Riverton, Herriman, Bluffdale, Draper and Sandy.
Free over $250The rest of Salt Lake County, plus Lehi and Saratoga Springs.
Eagle Mountain, Provo, Orem, Ogden and Tooele. We batch these, so ask which day we are heading your way.
Two things we ask before every delivery. Curbside or inside the room, and how many stairs. Curbside is included everywhere. Inside the room is fine too, we just need to know in advance so we bring a second set of hands instead of turning around.
Everything new lands at once, on the same night.
We break down pallets through the week and post the whole batch Thursday at 6pm. Not a trickle. One drop, all of it, so there is an actual reason to look.
The list gets it first
Photos and prices go out by text before anything hits Marketplace. Usually a couple of hours of head start.
Prices step down on a schedule
Every listing drops 15 percent at day 14 and 30 percent at day 28. Published, not negotiated. Wait if you want, but somebody else knows the schedule too.
One message a week
Thursday night, that is it. No daily blasts, no drip sequence, no "just checking in."
Get the drop list
One text a week with what came off the pallet. Tell us what you actually care about and we will lead with that.
We are brand new and we are not going to fake this.
Dealt Goods LLC was registered in Utah in August 2026. We have not sold enough yet to have a wall of reviews, and inventing some would be a strange way to start a business built on telling you what is actually in the box.
Real ones will show up here as they come in. If you buy from us early, an honest review is the most useful thing you can hand us.
Be one of the firstThe questions everyone asks a liquidation seller.
Where does this stuff actually come from
Wholesale liquidation auctions. Big retailers move customer returns, overstock and shelf pulls in bulk lots and we buy those lots, break them down and sell the units individually.
Our supplier contracts restrict naming specific retailers in our marketing, so we do not, and you should be a little suspicious of sellers who splash a famous logo across their ads. What matters is not the logo on the pallet, it is whether the item works. That is what we can prove.
Is it used
Some of it. A customer return might have been opened once and sent back, or it might have been in somebody's kitchen for a month. Overstock never left the warehouse. Our four tiers tell you which is which, and the photos are of the actual unit rather than a catalog image.
What if it does not work
Check it before you pay. That is the whole reason we do pickup windows instead of porch handoffs. Plug it in, open the drawers, run the thing. If it is not what the listing said, walk away and you owe nothing.
Every listing tells you what we tested, on what date, and what we found. Items in the as is tier are sold with the fault named in the title, so a dead function on one of those is the deal, not a defect.
Can I come look at it in person before I pay
Yes, at a pickup window. We hold two a week at a fixed public spot in South Jordan, Saturday morning and Wednesday evening. Reserve the item, come to the window, look it over, and walk away if it is not right. You are not committed until you are happy with it.
We do not do appointments at a private address and we are not a walk in store, so the window is the way to see something in person.
Do you deliver, and what does it cost
Yes. Twenty five dollars flat in Zone 1, forty five in Zone 2, seventy five in Zone 3, regardless of how big the item is. Free in Zone 1 on anything over two hundred fifty dollars. Curbside is included everywhere, and inside the room is available if you tell us in advance so we can bring help.
Will you take less
Not on week one. Every listing steps down on a published schedule, fifteen percent at day fourteen and thirty percent at day twenty eight, so the answer to "will you take less" is yes, on a date, and the date is the same for everybody. That is fairer than rewarding whoever haggles hardest.
Do you buy things
Not right now. We buy at wholesale auction in truckload and pallet quantities, not one item at a time. If you have a large lot of overstock or returns from a business, that is a different conversation and worth a call.
Are you a real business
